All payments must be cleared into innermoo accounts prior to any reading being sent, this includes receipt of and clearance of cheques.

Refunds will only be given when a reading cannot be provided for any reason. Where a reading has been provided but you have need of further clarification or question any element of it, please contact innermoo at admin@innermoo.co.uk to engage in further discussion and/or an extended reading. We reserve the right to discontinue this process however, where it is deemed to go beyond the original reading.

You may receive an occasional email from innermoo when there is interesting new information available to you, or a new spread, if you wish to be removed from a mailing list please feel free to email innermoo at admin@innermoo.co.uk and state "remove" in the subject line.
