Light a candle,

Relax and notice your breathing

Acknowledge thoughts as they enter your mind and let them pass

Focus on the flame of the candle and visualise yourself being drawn into the flame

Feel the heat around you, visualise the flame becoming the sun, beating above you

Feel the rays of the sun on your skin, feel the energy driving through you

Feel transformed

Slowly allow yourself to come back round and thank the spirit of the fire.

Put out the candle and keep in a special place
