Sit with a symbol of the earth in your hand, a crystal, stone, branch from a tree etc

Relax and notice your breathing

Acknowledge thoughts as they enter your mind and let them pass

Notice the object in your hand and visualise where it came from

Feel yourself in the environment of the object, in your minds eye sit down against

something solid in that environment.

Feel the stability behind you, and feel its strength seeping into your being

Feel protected, stable, grounded and abundant

Slowly allow yourself to come back round and thank the spirit of the earth.
