Sit with a symbol of the air in your hand, a feather, and burn some incense around you

Relax and notice your breathing

Acknowledge thoughts as they enter your mind and let them pass

Notice the object in your hand and visualise where it came from

Feel yourself floating on a cloud

Feel the flowing, floating, lightness that the clouds imbue in you, allow your thoughts to wander freely and without burden, breathe in the fresh air and notice it revitalise you

Feel invigorated

Slowly allow yourself to come back round and thank the spirit of the earth.
