innermoo is a website dedicated to the esoteric arts and is run by Anya Gascoine. That's me.

I am still searching for my innermoo and see it as a lifelong journey, I still experience the same worries, rages, fears, hopelessness, anger, helplessness, anxieties etc that most people experience but wonder why I let these emotions in. I firmly believe that these feelings do us no good, they certainly don't help us tackle the problems that cause the emotions in the first place!

When I first realised that all these emotions ended up causing us stress and making difficult situations worse I started to look within myself, I became my own therapist and after visits to psychic fayres, “new age” bookshops and tarot readers and I found a way to help myself even more.

My journey is now 20+ years on, and I have found that all the things you'll find on this site have helped me in one way or another and want to share that with you, so you can start your own journey and become more able to control the things that make life more stressful!

I am an endorsed member of the Tarot Association of the British Isles , having undergone strenuous training and a specific mentoring programme to ensure my reading skills can be used professionally. I also have a history of running an holistic health business and have a wealth of knowledge in the esoteric and holistic arenas.

I think it is important that you feel comfortable with the person you are entrusting your needs for guidance and insight to, and it saddens me that there are many websites and readers who do not have your best interests as their main concern.
